OTHER FEE'S:

Lost&Found Reunification fee: We ask for a £50 donation to collect your lost and found animal. This helps towards the cost of transporting the animal and the food the animal has had whilst in our care. We may charge extra if the animal has been in our care for 7 days or more and you have not made contact. We may also charge a fee if the animal has had to have flea or worm treatment in our care. We don't usually bill in full for vet treatment, but we may ask for a contribution.

FAQ:

Q: What do you mean by "additionals?"

A: Additionals includes things like microchipping, transfer fees, fuel cost if delivered, extra flea / worm treatment, specialized food, neutering or anything that the animal may need that only the rescue can provide.

Q: Where do adoption fees go?

A: Adoption fee's go towards the care of our animals, this means things like food, worming and flea treatment, bedding, transport, vets bills, and many other things that go with the responsibility of caring for animals.

Q: Do I have to pay the adoption fee?

A: Under certain circumstances and at managements discretion, we may waive the adoption fee or lower it. These fees are in line with most small and major rescue centers. We will usually ask for the animals to be paid for. These are heavily discounted and not dissimilar to the cost associated with keeping these animals for 1-2 months. If you cannot afford the adoption fee, the animal may not be right for you.

Q: I'm under 18, can I still adopt a pet?

A: As long as your parent/guardian or person responsible for you agrees, there is nothing stopping you! We reserve the right to refuse adoptions at managements discretion for any reason deemed credible by management.
